What You’ll Do
As the Executive Chef, you’ll shape the culinary identity of our hotel and ensure excellence across all dining platforms—including restaurant outlets, room service, and banquets. Your leadership and artistic flair will elevate our food offerings and inspire the team around you.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute imaginative, trend-forward menus tailored to diverse guest tastes and seasonal ingredients.
Uphold impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all culinary operations.
Oversee food inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to ensure both premium quality and strong profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented kitchen team through training, development, and positive leadership.
Partner with hotel leadership and banquet teams to deliver seamless service in restaurants, lounges, and meeting spaces.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Direct and refine banquet and catering execution to ensure flawless events and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

Demonstrated ability to develop menus that embrace creativity, dietary inclusivity, and modern culinary trends.
