THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH APPROXIMATE WORK HOURS OF 3 PM TO 12 AM.

\n
• Serve as subject matter expert for food safety and quality assurance.
\n
• Ensure adherence to safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance, while producing quality products.
\n
• Assist in improvement opportunities with Food Safety Technicians.
\n
• Gain knowledge, training and certification for required third party audits (BRC, Animal Welfare, HACCP, etc.).
\n
• Produce and distribute production reports as requested.
\n
• Assist to ensure regulatory programs are implemented and followed as intended.
\n
• Perform record and document reviews, ensuring completion and accuracy.
\n
• All other relevant duties as required.
\n

\n
• Bachelor degree in Food, Animal, Poultry Science or other closely related field of study preferred.
  
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
\n
• Excellent computer, math, and analytical skills.
  
\n
• Detail oriented and organized.
\n
