Cleaner On Call

Job Summary Details: The Cleaner On Call part time position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Housekeeping/Cleaner experience is required. Open availability at night.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Paid weekly

Shift: On Call - As Needed at Night; including Weekends

Location: Henderson, NV.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping/Janitorial Work Experience
• Customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
• Cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, suites, and lounges.
• Cleans, services, and maintain necessary supplies for assigned restrooms.
• Cleans interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners with sponges and squeegees.
• Must keep janitor's closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
