Base pay range $58.00/yr - $58.00/yr Type: 4-month contract with right to hire/extend Hours: 40/week Location: 100% remote (U.S.) Start: ASAP (standard background/drug/credit screening timeline ~2 weeks after offer) The Impact Build and own high-value integrations between UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) and a portfolio of internal/external applications-supporting thousands of facility time managers across a large enterprise. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations to/from UKG WFM Prioritize and deliver a steady pipeline of integrations as new business units onboard Identify and close functionality gaps within UKG WFM through integration patterns Collaborate in an Agile team; communicate status, surface risks, and hit deadlines Must-Have Experience Senior-level API development and integration work specifically involving UKG/Kronos Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding Excel proficiency for data prep/formatting and imports via data tools Nice to Have Familiarity with tools such as Dell Boomi , Kafka , and a willingness to learn new tech quickly Team & Process Two-round virtual interview (hiring leader + team) Agile environment with clear ownership and delivery expectations Why This Role High visibility: Core integrations that directly enable workforce operations at scale Remote flexibility: 100% remote role with enterprise-level impact Career cred: Modern integration work within a complex, high-throughput environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
