Maintenance Manager – Lead a High-Performing Team in a Thriving Production Facility!

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee maintenance operations for production equipment, powerhouse, and facility infrastructure.

· Focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to optimize uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.

· Work closely with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve equipment performance.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

· Manage maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and emergency repairs.

· Track key performance metrics and implement improvement programs.

· Develop and manage the maintenance budget while optimizing resources.

· Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

What You Bring:

· 15+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

· Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, industrial equipment, and OSHA safety standards.

· Expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Ability to read machine drawings and schematics.
