As the Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer for the Content Paid Ads department, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content for various paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media ads and online platforms. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams to develop and execute visually appealing and effective video ads that resonate with the target audience to enhance and align with our brand and marketing objectives.

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and messaging guidelines.
• Optimize videos for various platforms to maximize engagement and performance.
• Provide constructive and comprehensive feedback and creative input during the brainstorming and review phase.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.
• Manage and organize video files, assets, and equipment.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tight deadlines.
• Create motion graphics using After Effects.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work produced.
• Maintain studio equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficient workflow.
• Other duties as appropriately assigned by the Content Director or Chief Marketing Officer.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• On-set experience, including lighting, audio, and camera setup, preferred.
• Experience operating onsite cameras for high-quality production and B-roll in solo projects preferred.
• Create engaging motion graphics to enhance video content, preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site cameras, preferably Canon, for shoots; personal camera use for B-roll in solo projects is allowed, preferred.
