Position: Plumbing Service Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Plumbing Supervisor


Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial plumbing systems. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of services and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid plumbing license (if required by state).
• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
