• Sign on Bonus:  Up to $10,000
• Department: Adult Psych Intermediate Care
• Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs, 3-12 hr shifts, Night shift, 7P - 7A, rotating weekend
• Hospital: Ascension Via Christi St Joseph 
• Location: Wichita, KS

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Implement and monitorspatient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
