Job Description:

Drift Net Inc is looking for a highly skilled Senior CRM Specialist with expertise in HubSpot. The primary objective of the Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist is to facilitate the effective utilization of HubSpot software, enhancing the performance of our sales, customer service, and marketing teams. This role carries the responsibility of ensuring seamless interaction with the technology by all relevant parties and serves as our “CRM Evangelist”.

The Senior CRM Specialist should possess skills in both marketing and IT, enabling you to understand the software, manage complex data sets, and derive insights. Your marketing expertise will shine as you assist the marketing teams in refining multifaceted communication programs designed to drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support our CRM strategy

• Manage, analyze, and interpret data to offer insights supporting strategic business decisions

• Provide best-practice recommendations to all teams utilizing the CRM solution

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of CRM data to spot trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Employ marketing expertise to assist in refining and optimizing complex communication programs aimed at driving sales.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and client experience teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.

• Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and share insights from data analysis.

• Participate actively in cross-functional meetings to contribute CRM and analytical expertise.

• Provide essential support for data migration activities.

• Stay updated with the latest HubSpot updates and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• A proven track record with a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator or equivalent role (HubSpot experience highly preferred).

• Demonstrated expertise with HubSpot CRM, including configuration, automation, and reporting.

• A deep understanding of HubSpot, encompassing Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.

• Adept at cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with various departments to maximize HubSpot's potential.

• An analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive results through testing and optimization.

• A comprehensive grasp of digital marketing concepts and metrics.
