Job Description:
An opportunity to drive real, global impact. If you thrive in high-visibility, mission-driven work and bring both strategic oversight and executional excellence, this is a chance to help shape the future of corporate philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of a global CSR pledge across multiple countries and stakeholder groups

  • Develop project plans, manage reporting cadence, and ensure alignment with financial, compliance, and brand goals

  • Maintain quarterly and annual reporting materials for executive leadership

  • Partner with communications to amplify brand messaging around CSR initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in philanthropic engagement

Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong financial oversight experience and budget reporting

  • Deep knowledge of global CSR ecosystems and stakeholder management

  • PMP or PMI certification preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Familiarity with the legal, compliance, and financial frameworks tied to corporate/foundation giving

  • Passion for social impact and strong ability to influence at all levels

Soft Skills Required:

  • Highly collaborative across global and cross-functional teams

  • Effective communicator and stakeholder manager

  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution style

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Disqualifiers:

  • Lack of collaboration or communication experience

  • Weak project management or stakeholder alignment skills

Why This Role?
This is more than a program management job—it’s a chance to lead a transformative global initiative. You’ll be working at the intersection of philanthropy, strategy, and leadership to make a meaningful impact worldwide. With visibility to senior executives and collaboration across diverse teams, this role offers both purpose and growth.
